If you are running an online business, it looks more professional to have your email addresses matching your website address. Nearly all web hosting plans will allow you to have unlimited email accounts as part of the package.

I like to setup one email account for each website and then create forwarding email addresses so that all mail comes into one place. You may have noticed that most online businesses have email addresses such as support@, info@, noreply@. I create my first account with my name@ and then after that I forward the rest to that account. I do this because if I go on holidays, I don’t want to be logging into 5 separate web mail accounts to check my mail every time.

When I am working from home, I like to have all of my mail come into my inbox with Outlook. In this video I show you how to do all of these three things.
